# How to unsubscribe from Houseful emails

If you’d prefer fewer emails from Houseful, you can easily [adjust how frequently you receive updates](https://www.ojohome.ca/my-account/profile/). If you’d like to opt out of emails altogether, you can do so on your [Houseful profile](https://www.houseful.ca/my-account/profile/) or directly within any email.

#### **Unsubscribing by email**

You can click on the link **Unsubscribe** at the end of any email you receive from Houseful.

#### **Unsubscribe in your user profile settings**

Select **Profile** from the account drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the Houseful site to visit your [Settings page](https://www.ojohome.ca/my-account/settings/).

To opt out of all future emails, toggle off the **Subscribe all** switch next to **Notifications** or toggle off the various **Email** notifications such as Property Updates or Tips, Education, and Marketing.
