# How do I turn on/off push notifications?

## Turn on push notifications from Houseful to receive property updates.

To update your push notification preferences, tap the “Account” button ![](https://help.houseful.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-25-2024-07-42-19-1440-PM.png?width=22&height=22&name=image-png-Jul-25-2024-07-42-19-1440-PM.png) on the bottom right of your screen, and select “Notifications.” From here, you can update your push notification preferences to best suit your needs.

Note: By turning off your push notifications, you will no longer receive timely property updates or listing recommendations to your phone. To ensure you don’t miss a home that fits your needs, we recommend keeping push notifications on.
